FALL OUT POLICY

LASH WORK FROM OTHER STUDIOS

If you experience above- average fallout within 72 hours of your initial appointment, please contact us to schedule a complimentary fill-in with the same lash technician

We are happy to offer lash fills for clients who had initial lash extensions applied by another technician or studio. However, please note that complimentary 3 days touch-ups and 1 week fill are exclusive to Envy Lashes Clients only. If coming from a different studio it will be a considered a regular fill.

That means that a regular fill-in touch up fee is required for other technician work.

Hair Extension Policy

Hair Extension Adjustment Policy

To ensure your satisfaction with your hair extensions, we offer complimentary adjustment within two weeks of your initial appointment.

This includes services such as :

Cutting extensions shorter : If your extensions are too long, we can trim them to a more desired length.

Adding more layers : we can add additional layers to your extensions for a fuller or more voluminous look.

Reinstalling fallen pieces : If you have lost five or more pieces of your extensions, we will reinstall them at no additional charge

Adjustment After Two Weeks Policy

After two weeks from your initial appointment, adjustments will be charged at our standard rate. The cost will depend on the amount of time required for the adjustment. Please note that the minimum charge for an adjustment is $40.

Please schedule your adjustment appointment in advance to ensure availability.

Maintenance over 8 weeks is considered overdue. An additional fee of $50/half hour over the service time will be applied.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancelation or missed visit leave a hole in the staffs day that could have been filled by another client. As such we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours will be charge a cancellation fee of $25, which needs to be paid before you rebook again.

Please understand that late cancellation or no show can impact our scheduling and availability for other clients. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this policy.
